The terms that govern your use of Appointment Tools.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Appointment Tools ("Appointment Tools", "we", "us" or "our"), a product operated by Snazzy in Ireland. By creating an account or using our booking and business-management platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Appointment Tools lets independent professionals and businesses take online bookings, manage clients, send reminders and newsletters, accept payments and connect third-party tools. We provide the Service on a subscription basis and may add, change or remove features to improve it over time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or fail to pay.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the data and content you and your clients put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and use your clients' data and for complying with applicable data-protection laws. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you accept payments from your own clients through the Service, those payments are processed by Stripe under their respective terms. Appointment Tools is not a party to the transaction between you and your clients and is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks or disputes, which are handled under the payment provider's rules and your own policies.
The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google, Zoom, Xero and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and may disable an integration if it stops working or changes.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Appointment Tools and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software beyond the right to use the Service.
We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates and occasional downtime. Support is provided by email and, on eligible plans, priority channels.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointment Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Appointment Tools harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
